Outlook Clutter Folder

Outlook can be configured to use (or not) a clutter folder to try and hide mails that are not relevant to the user.

  • Log on to the O365 portal

  • Go to Mail

  • Click the settings icon [1]

  • Choose Mail -> Automatic Processing -> Clutter from the left hand menu [2]

  • Turn the feature on or off on the right [3]
